How we handle your data.

What this site collects

Nothing at all unless you fill in the demo form. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no embedded third-party content.

If you use the demo form

We store what you enter: your email address, your store domain, and roughly how many products you have live. We do not record your IP address, your browser or where you came from.

Why. To answer your request and prepare a demo, steps you asked us to take, so the basis is Article 6(1)(b), pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long. Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Who else sees it. Our hosting and form providers, who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and our team’s mailboxes so a person can answer it. Nobody else. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

Hosting

The site is served by Webflow. Their servers log requests, including IP addresses, as any web server does, for security and to deliver the page. That processing is covered by their data processing agreement.

Where your data goes

Alethia is registered in the United States, and the services we use to run this site store data in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, your data is transferred outside your country when you contact us. We rely on [to confirm: EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification, or Standard Contractual Clauses] as the safeguard for that transfer, and you can ask us for a copy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ishaan@usealethia.com and we will act within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
