Products, not just prompts

Built around your products, not just your prompts.

Most GEO tools track prompts and hand you a brand-level score. That tells you that you are mentioned. It does not tell you which product is losing, or what to do about it.

Shopify products and SKUs → AI recommendations → competitors → AI traffic → orders → revenue. Every number ties back to a product you actually sell, not a prompt you happen to track.

Agentic commerce

AI is becoming a new way people buy.

Customers are asking AI what they should buy, which product is best, which one is right for them, and where to buy it. They are getting three to five answers back, and acting on them.

That makes agentic commerce a marketing channel, not another visibility metric. Shopify already reports it: open Analytics, then sales channels, and look for agentic. That number is where we start, and it is the number we are held to.

Read access is granted when you connect the store. Write access is granted per action, one change at a time. Every write is logged with what changed, who approved it, and what it was expected to move. If that is your first question about agents, it should be, and this is the answer.

Who we are

Best products deserve to be seen.

Alethia is a working with Shopify and D2C brands on one problem: getting good products named when a customer asks an assistant what to buy.

We work with a limited number of brands at a time, deliberately. The method depends on going deep on a handful of products, proving the pattern, then rolling it out across the catalogue. That does not scale by adding logos faster than we can learn from them.

  • Product level, never brand level only
  • One constraint at a time, named and sequenced
  • Measured against untouched comparison products
  • The knowledge transfers to your team
  • No claim we cannot evidence

Questions

The things people ask before booking.

Still unsure? Thirty minutes on your own store answers most of these.

Do you guarantee we will be recommended?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling you something. The engines change, competitors act, and answers move. What we do is improve the evidence available at the moment the answer is written, then measure what actually happened against untouched comparison products.

How do you prove it worked?

A baseline is set in your own Shopify reporting in week one, before any work starts, plus a snapshot of where your products stand on day zero. Comparison products are frozen and left untouched. If the products we worked on move and the untouched ones do not, the change is real. If both move, the engine changed and we say so.

How much of our time does this take?

One review pass and one short call a week. The work is prepared for you. On Starter your team executes against the specification; on Growth and Scale we do more of it.

How long before anything moves?

Changes on your own store can show up within a few weeks. Supporting sources take longer, because somebody else has to publish them. We report those separately so you can see which is which rather than one blended number.

We already do SEO. Is this the same thing?

Related, not the same. Show us a query where you rank first on Google and we will show you the same question in ChatGPT and whether you are named. The gap between those two is the whole business.

Could our developer just build this?

They can build a dashboard in a few weeks. What they cannot build quickly is the record of what actually moved across your catalogue over a year, and they are not going to run a weekly change programme on top of the roadmap they already have.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You keep everything published to your store, because it is your store. We export the findings and the history on request. There is no lock-in mechanism in the product.

Which engines do you cover?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and AI Overviews, re-run on the same schedule so comparisons hold. Coverage by plan is on the pricing page.
