Alethia is built on Shopify primitives rather than beside them, which is why the fixes can be executed rather than only recommended. Other platforms are not supported today, and we would rather say so than take the money and improvise.

Assistants we measure
Five engines, never averaged.
A product can be invisible in one assistant and shortlisted in another, and the mean of those two is a fact about neither. Each is measured separately and reported separately.
Answers obtained through an API are not identical to what a consumer sees in the app. We measure through official interfaces and say which one produced a given answer, rather than automating consumer products in breach of their terms.

Which AI assistants does Alethia measure?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Each is measured and reported separately, never averaged into one score.
Does Alethia work with platforms other than Shopify?
Not today. Alethia is built on Shopify primitives: metafields, the product feed, the agentic sales channel. That is what lets it execute a fix rather than only recommend one.
Are the answers you measure the same ones I see in the ChatGPT app?
Not identical. Answers obtained through official interfaces differ from a consumer app: different system prompt, different retrieval stack. We record which interface produced each answer and say so.
Which engines are included in my plan?
Starter covers ChatGPT. Growth adds Gemini and Perplexity. Scale covers all major engines. Prices are on the pricing page.
